Rigicon is an inorganic liquid compound which is used as a surface treating agent to increase hardness and erosion resistance of materials.

Flame resistance improves considerably and permeability to gases or molten metals reduced, with a coating of Rigicon.

Rigicons are easily applied by employing standard brushing, rolling, dipping and spraying techniques.

Typical Applications:

• Erosion resistance surface coating for Fibercon Blanket linings exposed to high velocity gasses;
• Bonding agent in the manufacture of composites and laminates;
• Structural hardening agent for Insulpaper, Fibercon Blanket and Insulboard.
